Golden State Warriors Game Postponed

NBA postpones Warriors-Jazz game after medical emergency

Assistant coach suffers heart attack, stable and recovering

Rescheduled date to be announced

The National Basketball Association (NBA) has postponed Wednesday night's scheduled game between the Golden State Warriors and the Utah Jazz due to a medical emergency involving a Jazz assistant coach.

The Jazz announced that assistant coach Alex Jensen suffered a heart attack prior to the game. He was transported to a local hospital, where he is currently in stable condition and recovering.

The NBA released a statement saying that the game has been postponed "due to a medical emergency involving a member of the Utah Jazz coaching staff." The league said that a rescheduled date for the game will be announced later.

The Warriors were scheduled to play their first postponed road game of the season against the Jazz on Wednesday. The team's next game is scheduled for Friday at home against the Dallas Mavericks.
